Right out of the gate the Sons of Freedom hits me with a right hook of flavor: black pepper, dark chocolate, and a very rich black coffee that just covers my palate. Not even 3 draws in and the coffee flavor is taking over. It really is nice, though it reminds of the coffee my grandma would drink.
Upon first inspection the cigar has a rather rustic look to it. The cigar has some noticeable veins on it and has a distinct texture to it. The Generosos also gives off a nice grassy and barnyard aroma. The foot yields some coffee, chocolate and a mix of spices. A cold draw gives off much of the same.
