Around the one inch mark this cigar begins to pop. Honey, cocoa powder, and nougat throw their weight into the ring in earnest, playing against the pepper and paprika tag team beautifully. Graham cracker and cream soften the sharper notes, making this cigar every bit as amazing as I remembered it. There’s just so much win here for Cornelius and Anthony.
Pre-light: The wrapper has a few splotches on it, and seems to be have been applied poorly in a couple places. No biggie though, as I’m reminded almost daily – these are handmade cigars. Shit happens. The wrapper is giving off an incredible aroma though! The Domestic Engineer says it reminds her of chocolate and cedar. I’m getting more marshmallow sweetness with white chocolate and the tiniest bit of cedar.
